Shipping policy
All items "We ship almost everywhere in Canada directly from our store in Nelson, BC. On occasion, special arrangements can be made to ship elsewhere, please call to enquire. All pricing is shown and processed in Canadian Dollars.
We process all orders during regular business hours (Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time). We will ship your order in a timely manner however delays may occur beyond the control of Kootenai Moon Furniture Inc. It is our goal to ship “in stock” items within 1 business day.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If items are out-of-stock, we may still be able to get them for you and there is no additional cost, however the delivery time can vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending on availability. We will contact you with the estimated delivery time for your order.
LARGE FURNITURE AND DECOR ITEMS
Furniture or larger scale items are available for pick up or delivery. Please contact us for delivery rates which will be calculated after you have made your purchase.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Multiple items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
